Is expired domain traffic any good I'm talking about the traffic service not buying an expired domain?

I sometimes buy expired traffic (for my paying products) and depending on the subject of the page traffic is re-directed to, it works or it doesn't work.

Expired traffic is delivered within 30 up to 120 days; which means that your page will not receive 1000 visitors per day, only 20-25; which is not a lot.

On the other hand, I tried to buy 1000 visitors delivered within one month and decided that I prefer expired domain.
