This service will register the domain immediately once its been released.

Its the best way to hunt your domain. If they renew it again the best way is contacting the domain owner.

no way you can get it. If they don't renew it by the expiration date, hosts will usually send the person an email, and if he doesn't respond and renew within 3 days, they will release it back to the domain pool. Some hosts offer services to reserve the domain once it becomes available. If the person does renew but isn't using it, try to contact the owner. You can find his information through a WHOIS search.
