By Small Business Domain and Email NOT WORKING?

I paid for my small domain this week, it was activated on Tuesday and on Thursday it stoped working. My small business domain is not loading and i cannot check my small domain mail box. Please tell me whats going wrong. Has my subscription of 1year expired or what... am getting pissed off with your service. my small business domain is psion-inc.com and small business email is joseph.awe@psion-inc.com.
