How much is this .com domain worth?

I was going through a list of domains that were expiring this month that I owned and saw WontTell.com. I'm interested in selling it, and used a few domain appraisal tools to price it and was surprised how high they said it was valued. Anyone here have any idea how to price these things? I'm wondering what humans might think it's worth.

Nothing...you don't even know who it's valuable to!

If you haven't had an offer for it, then nobody even wants it. If they did, they'd contact you.

The appraisal guys want you to list with them. Even if there's no up-front cost, they'll still get a big chunk of the selling price - if it does sell.

WORD: It's worth what someone will pay for it.

They'll show you a high appraisal, then get you all excited so you'll pay them to list it for you.
