Does anyone know how to contact whois?

The domain company, whois, gives an email for customer support but I can not find a way to contact them by phone.

Right now, our domain is expired and I definitely need to talk to someone PRONTO to get it renewed immediately. This is mission critical, so any help with experience with them would be appreciated!

I tried running a whois on whois.com, but there was no phone number listed. Your best best is to use their webform and wait for contact. If it's money-related, I'm sure they will jump on it as soon as possible. Once they do, you can ask for a telephone contact.

Have you tried just renewing the domain name? If it hasn't been expired for very long you should just be able to renew it. I know they lock the domains after a certain time, but perhaps you still have time.
