How to manage domain control panel when Yahoo has Deleted ID?

i am a small business customer. and i have purchased 5 domain names with yahoo ( with ID kapson2 )

now yahoo has deleted my account ID kapson2,

i have tried to recover that ID but can't succed.

now How can I manage my Domain Control panel?

i have tried to contact the yahoo small business Team also,

But no Answer .. :(

i am worried how will i renew my domains when it expires.

is there any one knows what to do in this situation?

Do as whois information lookup (hint: dnsstuff.com) to make sure yahoo is domain name responsible. Yahoo would not delete an active premium acct without notice to the customer first.

If your nameservers are not pointing to yahoo then yahoo is not hosting your site.

If your original registrar is Melbourne IT then yahoo will automatically renew your domain names as long as you have an active account.
