How do I get my money back from an online purchase?

On February 20, 2007, I made a purchase from yourbookhaven.com. Received a confirmation email, but have never received the product. Just tried going to the website and the domain has expired. I paid for the purchase using my VISA debit card? How do I go about getting my money back?


I tried to do a little investigation with no luck. Its not a good sign that they disappeared. The only thing I suggest is to contact your bank and see if they can help you.They usually have more resources.They might have dealt with this problem before.You might be able to dispute the transaction also.It depends on there policy. some banks only give you 30 days others 6 months.I wish the best of luck to you.

You probably don't. The only way would be to make a claim with your credit card company itself. Only buy from reputable dealers online.
