Domain Transfer ...... "Your .com or .net domain must not be within 60 days of expiry"

My domain will expire on this month.

Can I transfer my domain at Godaddy to them(Netfirms).

according to your question...no

your domain name expires within 60 days so they are not going to transfer it

You're not allowed to transfer a domain in the first 60 days after you've created or previously moved it, or if you still owe money for this year's registration. Beyond that, ICANN rules prohibit registrars from interfering with a properly authorized transfer, even if the domain has expired.

However, you should do it now to prevent complications... your old registrar has five days to sit on the request (it doesn't normally take that long, though) and if your domain expires and goes into the 30 day redemption period there will be extra hoops to jump through. Any longer than that, and you risk losing the domain entirely.
